• Valid Passport.
  
• 1 Visa Application form.
  
• 1 Recent passport size photographs.
  
• Covering letter from the Applicant on Company letterhead stating his name, Designation, Purpose and duration of Stay.
  
• If application is submitted with normal invite ( without immigration approval ) then the following sentence should be mentioned in the invitation “We authorise Aulac Company to submit application details to immigration at Vietnam.”.
  
• Invitation from the “Ministry of Foreign Affairs” – Vietnam / “Vietnamese Immigration Department” stating clearance (Visa) Number.

Note: – In the absence of Visa Number, The Visa can be granted for one month stay and 15 days validity on the Basis of the Invitation.

Note: – Further, any change in fees, additional document or personal presence of the applicant might be required which is on the discretion of the embassy.
