  • Passport with validity of more than six months.
  • 1 Visa application form duly filled in and signed.
  • 1 Recent passport sized 45mm * 35mm colour photographs.
  • Covering letter from the applicant on company’s letter head stating his name, designation, purpose and duration of visit.
  • Original Invitation Letter from Japanese Company as Fax or Scanned copy will not be entertained.
  • Ticket Itinerary
  • Brief company Profile.
  • Letter of Guarantee ,Japanese company is sponsoring the applicant.
  • If employed – Original Bank statement for the last 6 months showing salary,
  • Income Tax returns for 3 yrs
  • Personal Presence of the Pax may be required.

    Proof of Applicant’s Occupational Viability :
    If Employed;

  • Salary Certificate from Employer.
  • Leave Sanction from Employer.

    If Self – Employed / Bus :

  • Proof of Occupation.
  • Company Balance sheet.
  • Past six months Bank- Statement of Company.
  • Income Tax papers of company as well as personal.
  • Bank Statement for last 6 months.
  • Fixed Deposits/ Investments proof. (if any)
