| Indonesia Business Visa requirements |
- Passport with validity of more than six months.
- 1 Visa application form duly filled in and signed (Only With Black Pen).
- 1 Recent passport size colour photographs with a Red background to be glued on the appropriate place on the visa application form.
- Covering letter from the applicant on company’s letter head stating his name, designation, purpose and duration of visit.
- The Invitation from associates in Indonesia should come through the “Department of Immigration”- Jakarta and directly faxed to the Embassy and one copy of same to us.
- An Immigration message from the Immigration Authorities from Jakarta.
- If the immigration message is not available; The application would be referred to Jakarta for Approval. This entire procedure would take minimum 2 weeks time.
- Bank statement of last 6 months.
- Foreign Exchange (Minimum 1000/- USD ) duly endorsed / Copy of Credit Card.
- Confirmed return Air Ticket.
