China Business Visa requirements
  • Passport with validity of more than six months.
  • 1 Visa application form duly filled in and signed- Photocopy can be used .(Please make sure to fill COLUMN-4.1 in Visa application form which specifies your dates places & purpose of recent visit.)
  • 1 Recent passport size colour photograph with white background (Size 35 MM X 45 MM).
  • Original covering letter on the company’s letter head from the applicant duly signed and typed with the company stamp address to - The Visa Officer, Embassy of China, New Delhi.
  • Invitation/ Notification letter from Chinese Company with seal & signed.
  • Round Seal & Signed, Signatory’s name and designation.

For Foreign National:

  • Original covering Letter on company’s Letter head if he/she is working in an Indian Company duly signed and typed with the company stamp address to - The Visa Officer, Embassy of China, New Delhi.
  • Invitation/ Notification letter from Chinese Company with Round seal & signed, Signatory’s name and designation.
  • Original PIO card or Original Residence permit.
  • Ticket required for Urgent Basis.

NOTE: Applicants applying for urgent visa will require to submit Air Tickets, failing which application will be processed in Normal Categories.

(4) VFS CHARGES:
NORMAL – INR 610 PER PASSENGER
URGENT – INR 775 PER PASSENGER
Time Taken: Minimum 4 working days.
Submission: Monday – Friday (at VFS)
Time: Urgent: 9.00am – 11.00am
Normal: 11:00am to 2:00pm
Collection: Monday – Friday(at VFS)
Time: 3.00pm – 06.30pm
Note: – Further, any change in fees, additional document or personal presence of the applicant might be required which is on the discretion of the embassy.

 

China Tourist Visa requirements

  • Confirmed Return Air Ticket.
  • For First time traveller- Required Personal / Company Bank Certificate minimum Balance – Rs.1,50,000/-

    For Foreign National:

  • Original covering Letter on company’s Letter head if he/she is working in an Indian Company duly signed address to - The Visa Officer, Embassy of China, New Delhi.
  • Confirmed Air ticket.
  • Original PIO card or Original Residence permit(Photocopy Accepted).

Note: first time travelling to china required orignal bank certificate minimum amount 1,50,000 /- per pax.
