Canada Business Visa requirements
  • Passport with validity of more than six months.
  • Visa application form has to be filled online by the applicant. Follow the form Instructions to fill the form. Given below is the link:

  • Form should be filled individually by each applicant.
  • 2 Recent passport size colour photographs with white background camera click..
  • Covering letter from the applicant on company’s letter head stating his name, designation, purpose and duration of visit.
  • An Invitation Letter from Canada stating his name, designation, purpose and duration of visit.
  • Proof of employment/ business ownership, partnership, business licenses / registration.
  • Proof of ongoing business activities between Canadian company and Applicant:
    a. Business Correspondence
    b. Contracts between applicant/ applicant’s business, and Canadian business.
    c. Shipment orders / invoices / bills of lading for goods sold.
  • Income Tax returns for the past two years.
  • Credit card copy front and back.
  • Bank Statements / Bank Books / Bank Certificates.
Medical Requirements: Note :- 1.) Please ensure that while sending the medical check list report to the embassy, the doctors name is mentioned clearly on the same
2.) The check list report can only be submitted in the Embassy only after 5 working days from the medical check up of the applicant
Visa Fee: Demand Draft in the name of “Canadian High Commission”- New Delhi.
1.) Rs. 3,450/- for Single Entry
2.) Rs. 6,900 /- for Multiple Entry
VFS Service Charge of Rs. 720/- Payable by Cash.
Time Taken: Minimum 7 working days for processing after receipt of complete application.
Submission: Monday To Friday
Time: 08:00am To 10:30noon
Collection: Monday To Friday
Time: 05:00pm To 06:30pm
Note: – Further, any change in fees, additional document or personal presence of the applicant might be required which is on the discretion of the embassy.

  • Proof of Immigration status of inventor (if inviter is private individual) – this may include a photocopy of a Canadian permanent resident card, passport or citizenship card.
  • Financial documentation of Inventor:
    a.) Notice of Assessment.
    b.) Proof of Employment.
    c.) Proof of Inviter’s existing funds.
  • Income Tax returns for the past two years.
  • Bank Statements / Bank Books / Bank Certificates.
  • Detailed itinerary including proof of ticket booking.
  • Proof of hotel reservation.
